GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are non-transferrable between cities, however you are able to use the gift voucher as ‘credit’ when applying for a course in a different city, if the cost of that course is more expensive in the new location.

Gift vouchers are valid for twelve (12) months only, after the date of purchase

The Underwater Academy reserves the right to postpone course dates due to environmental conditions or lack of numbers; however in the event that a course is delayed due to insufficient numbers, the candidate is entitled to a full refund; if a suitable course date cannot be arranged within one (1) calendar month.

In the event that the ocean dependant part of the course is unable to be completed due to adverse environmental conditions, a suitable follow up date will be arranged within one calendar month. If a follow up date cannot be arranged, the customer will be eligible for full refund.
